Got here first day we had black out and the we have had no water for the rest of the stay , we have had to use facilities of site and no one really told us anything,keep saying there working on it

The room was booked for two but set up for one. Had to ask for extra towels we hardly had any toilet paper and one mug for tea. Toiletries in the bathroom were only sachets and not adequate. The back garden and conservatory Aldo shabby

First impression was the door was locked and had to call a number for someone to open, so we could leave our car registration details before checking in later. We had 3 rooms booked. Two of the rooms had bugs crawling on the beds. Which looked like wood lice. My friend moved rooms and was told that the room would be "bombed" so this must be a regular occurrence. The carpet on my room didn't look very clean, with lots of "bits". Needed a good hoover. Also, I couldn't drink from the mug as it didn't look clean. Overall, disappointing and unfortunately we would not stay again.
