AUThe room was very spacious and comfortable. Met our needs. Viv runs the hotel. Viv is so accommodating, goes out of her way to help and ensure you have a great stay. Allowed u to park at the property while we visited Windsor. Gives guests a guide of local pubs, restaurants, trains, etc. You couldn’t ask for more.
Nothing comes to mind. It was fantastic for the price.

GBGBPerfect location for Windsor. Right by the train station and only one stop to Windsor Riverside and the Castle.
Bed was squashed against the wall and one person had to climb over the other to get to the bathroom. Noisy fan type noise all night, broken window and a 7.30am on Sunday fire alarm. Was ok for one night though - clean enough
BRGBThere was no breakfast so can't comment. The location was good. Convenient for road and rail in the centre of town. The beds were very comfortable and the room was warm. The bathroom though a bit dated was well laid out. Everything was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Viv the receptionist who made us welcome and added to the enjoyment of our stay.
The hotel wasn't fully functioning.
