"Hôte au petit soin"

L’hôte était très sympathique et le petit déjeuner fait maison très bon

Taille du lit (petit lit double/ non conforme à la description) + nous étions censé avoir une baignoire et avons eu une douche.

"It's is very nice. I would stay there again even with things that bothered me."

The host could not have been more accommodating. The location was central for our planed visits with family. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

The dogs in the house were annoying at first but they get use to you.. They keep them in a separate area if you request but the dogs can still see you and bark at you. The window above the bed had no curtains but host provided nite masks to block out light..

"Cozy in Sacramento"

The location was perfect for getting where I needed to be, walking distance to many things, comfy bed, large bathroom, a lot of little touches that made it special, and incredible hostess

"best place to stay in Sacramento"

spotlessly clean; a genuinely warm welcome from Barbara and from a couple of her adorable dogs, 🐶 with excellent communications in advance of our arrival; a lovely, big en-suite room with lots of amenities and a few snacks; comfortable bed and pillows, fast wifi; quiet; easy to walk places. Breakfast was fresh, homemade and served with strong coffee.

Barbara ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sie hat uns ein glutenfreies Frühstück gemacht und wir haben ihre Gesellschaft sehr genossen. Old Sacramento ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

"Walkable to Midtown"

We chose Family Laundry to be a short walk from Ace of Spades on R Street. That was perfect. Barbara is a wonderful host and she made us a delicious and healthy breakfast.

"My Go-To Spot in Sacramento"

As always, my stay at Family Laundry & Spa was hassle-free and comfortable. The place is spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. My needs can be a bit complex, but they handle everything with ease and care. I’ll keep coming back here every time I’m in town—highly recommended.
