What a wonderful stay! I was a little dubious to stay at a BNB as it's not what I would typically do but l am a sucker for a spa. Let me tell you the experience did not disappoint. The BNB is lovely, homey vibes and the host Barbara is wonderful. She's there when you need her but not too much in your business that you feel like you're staying in her house. She made a wonderful breakfast and ensured I had everything for my stay. I was travelling for a wedding so she offered to press my suit but luckily it wasn't needed. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable, lots of little touches to make the stay seem extra special. Much nicer than any hotel experience. The spa, although not attached to the property was excellent. I spent about 2 hours there just relaxing I fully recommend. Barbara was wonderful and I recommend considering this property over a hotel simply because the attention to detail and care was so much higher.

I'm not a huge fan of dogs and there are a few on the property, however Barbara immediately asked if I like dogs. Upon learning I am super into dogs and she made sure they were kept outside and out of the common areas during my stay. They are also never allowed into the bedrooms. If you like dogs this would be a huge positive and you get to play with her pups for the whole stay. I think she has a really good system to make sure every guest is happy. If you aren’t a fan or have allergies don’t let this put you off the property as Barbara puts the guests first!

This is a gem of a place. Barbara is a gracious and attentive host. Everything from the room to the location made for an enjoyable and restful stay. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Sacramento!

Charming and comfortable B&B in a convenient midtown location. Everything was perfect, from the lovely room to the huge and very well-appointed bathroom. Barbara is a wonderful and welcoming host. The complimentary breakfast was delicious: espresso and warm milk; delicious yogurt and fruit. Highly recommend! I hope to return again.

Nothing could have been better.

Great spot, great hostess, location is good. Located by multiple excellent food options, sushi, Mexican, a few fast foods spots. If you book here you’ll have plenty of privacy as well as great service and an overall pleasant time conducting your work or leisure.
