Breakfast is wonderful

The location, gym, pool, free water, room, view all great. The room was comfortable and great. Helpful location, central and easy to get around and staff were all good.

It’s a bit unfair that I had to pay for x2 people as a solo person, including breakfast. It would be helpful to think about this for others. The breakfast needs more vegetarian options.

Location was great! Close to supermarket, pharmacy, laundry. Grab, taxi easy to access. Coffee, pungka-pungka market. Staff were amazing! Able to relocate lost bag following cctv very quickly. We were so lucky!

Slight mix up when getting dropped off from airport where we got dropped off at Citadines. The sign at the airport was also citadines. Nothing crazy w loved our stay.

The style was modern and loved by the kids.

The floor was a little dirty.

So small place in room - ok for only one person. Some dirty (I found some hair in my bad after my check in… I hope it was clean bad…₽

IYF Cebu City is centrally located in a quiet area and has the advantage of being above a shopping mall, with cafés, restaurants, a convenience store, and a supermarket. Many other dining options are also available within a short walking distance. The entrance is monitored, which adds a good sense of security. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are small but equipped with the basic essentials. The bed and bathroom were acceptable; however, the floor was quite dirty and could definitely be improved. There was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was just acceptable, with limited choice. Unfortunately, some items were already finished early in the morning (for example, there was no milk available at 8:30 am). The air conditioning in the breakfast area was also set too cold, making it uncomfortable to sit for longer. Overall, the location and staff are strong points, but the accommodation would benefit from better cleanliness standards. I would consider recommending it only if these aspects are improved.

Floors in the bedroom hadn’t been mopped since ages. Breakfast needs to be improved.
