Quiet room - no noise transfer from other rooms. (We did hear noise from the street but during the Sinulog festival so to be expected.) Comfy, compact room - clean, well presented bathroom with quality products and towels. Friendly and helpful front desk and access to clean drinking water on the lobby. Good location for exploring midtown Cebu.

The breakfast offering and coffee was a little lacklustre compared to the high quality of the rest of the stay

The hotel is located in the middle of the Annual Sinulog Festival. During the festival, it is very common for people to put paint on passersby’s faces and arms, often without consent. Since it is impossible to reach the hotel without passing through the crowds, it should be well understood by the staff that guests are likely to arrive with paint on them and use the towels provided Given how frequent and unavoidable this situation is, I found unreasonable and unprofessional to charge guests an additional fee—especially a significant one—for cleaning paint out of the towels during the festival. This is a foreseeable and recurring circumstance, and guests should not be penalized for something that is clearly part of the festival environment and on which they have not control - the paint was put on us while we were trying to reach the hotel which is in one of the main locations of the festival .
