"Top verblijf"

Ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en groot terras met ruime zithoek en grote tafel en met zicht op het zwembad. Vaatwas is een meerwaarde, wasmachine bevindt zich in het gemeenschappelijke deel van het complex. Mooi, goed onderhouden en groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Rustige en veilige omgeving, het complex zelf is ook goed beveiligd. Eén ondergrondse parkeerplaats maar er is ook gratis parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Grote propere supermarkt vlakbij, al opent ze pas om 9 uur. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen.

De derde slaapkamer heeft een uitschuifbed, wat voor zes volwassenen niet zo praktisch is. Het terras heeft een groot deel van de dag zon. We misten echter wel een parasol of luifel want soms was het te heet om op het terras te blijven zitten.

El alojamiento está muy bien, es espacioso, muy limpio, muy bien equipado de menaje, ubicado a 5 min en coche del centro de Puerto de la Cruz. Tiene una terraza muy amplia, la usamos mucho para desayunar al aire libre. Ideal para conocer el norte de la isla. La piscina está muy bien, aunque la usamos poco porque hacia fresco.

El parking está en otro edificio que está al lado y no tiene ascensor directo, por lo que subir las maletas es un poco incomodo

"Apartamento de lujo en Puerto de la Cruz"

El apartamento en general espectacular, especialmente la terraza. Todo nuevo y de calidad.

No fuimos capaces de acceder al garaje con las llaves que teniamos (no habia ninguna que abriese la puerta del portal de la urbanizacion en el que estaba el garaje). Siempre que lo utilizamos accediamos por el porton del garaje, al final como siempre habia sitio en la calle aparcabamos delante de la entrada por lo que terminamos asumiendolo.

"One fo the best places I've been to in Tenerife if looking for a spacious apartment."

Great place for a family holiday. Good internet, awesome kitchen and comfortable beds.

The pool only had 18 degrees Celcius which was way to cold for a swim. I don't quite understand how such a big owner comunity can't afford to warm up the pool to a minimum. Too bad, as we were really looking forward to using it, but couldn't in the end.
