Retama del Teide, The Modern Oasis, Pool, Parking & Large Terrace

It was a very comfortable stay and you have all the basic necessities including a TV, washing machine and dish washer. We also cooked in the apartment a lot and they had everything you need to do so. Our favourite part of the apartment was the balcony. Since it was very big, you can have your whole family sit outside to dine whilst enjoying the sun. It is always good to stay in an apartment that looked exactly like the photos and the place comfortably fit a family of five. The customer service was also excellent. Any questions I had from before check in to check out were answered promptly by the team and Belinda from the team was especially kind and patient. Although the location was a little far from the Puerto de la Cruz city centre, since we live right next to the Mercadona, it wasn't that bad as it was so convenient to purchase groceries, snacks, toiletries etc. Being located on a hill also meant that you have great views from the apartment building top floor.

Home Sweet Home ... An excellent apartment located in a unique authentic town with a beautiful coastline, several beaches, a botanical garden, many good restaurants and sights. The apartment is very spacious, very clean , beautiful, well equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. The view from the window is fantastic. There is a parking place in the underground parking area. The territory of the residential complex is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. We are happy to have found this magical place ! We will definitely return to this cozy house! Thanks for all the team that have done a great job to offer high quality dwelling service and being so friendly and caring !

we found all the necessary to prepare our breakfast, in the kitchen you can find all you need better than at your home there is a good view on the swimming pool and a large terrace where you can enjoy your day/evening

all was perfect and the apartment and well equipped, three bedroom and two bathroom, the lift and the garage were the top to help my parents to easily reach the apartmnet. hope to come again in the near future in the same apartment

beautiful apartment in an enclosed community, quiet spacious and very nicely furnished. There are a lot of nice extras in the kitchen, coffee pods, condiments and so on. the apartment has been recently decorated and is very comfortable and clean. The location is a way out of town so you need a car, but there is a nice supermarket in the complex.

The apartment is super but getting in was a nightmare. Access to the compound is with a code and a suspicious Chinese app the agency asks you to download. This did not work and we had to wait for a neighbor to arrive to access the compound. the second gate you have to enter is also accessed via code and app, and this didn’t work either. WARNING: ensure that you arrive in daylight as there are no signs in the compound to the apart,ent block ( there are 10 blocks). As the app didn’t work we had to call the agency who eventually managed to open the door remotely. the car parking space is in a different apartment block with a different entrance. the agency apparently didn’t know this and I think they have never even been to the place. It took us an hour to get into the apartment, by which time we were completely exhausted. we tried to complain to the agency but they wouldn’t give us the name of the person responsible, nor could we find any address to which we could write.

Great apartments, we are very happy to stay here. Spacious, clean apartment with new furniture and plumbing. Everything you need is available and in good condition (clean bedding, cutlery, fragrant and spacious terrace with an incredible view). Quiet street with nice neighbors. There is a large supermarket next to the house.

The only thing is that we did not immediately find the washing machine - it is located on the roof, but it was like an adventure to go to the top to wash))
