Rugby Coach House, Central location, 5 star rating

On arrival we recievec clear information regarding checking in, wifi, and car parking. The property was set back off the road, i was really impressed with the property and outside sitting. The coach house was immaculate and provided everything and more. Such a pretty little coach house. Everything was perfect.

There was nothing to dislike. It was lovely

Warm and cosy. Very welcoming with lovely little touches on arrival such as chocolates and a stocked fridge.

The shower broke on our last night. Contacted owner and never got a response, not even the following morning. Would have been nice to be acknowledged. Communication overall from the host via was quite poor/ non existent. No clear check out instructions either. Says it’s sleeps up to 6 which it does in theory but very narrow spacing throughout the property and staying here with 5 people meant we were almost all on top of each other.

Iseally situated for what we were doing. The owners answered quickly to question such as parking ect..the house was immaculately clean. Everything worked, extras such as sweets on arrival , small bottles of wine. Outsde seating area is beautiful, in summer it would be relaxing. Just to put it simply, the property went far above my expectationals

Amazing apartments ,just everything you need,with perfect touches,garden 🏡 absolutely gorgeous 🥰 next to the train station to and 6 minutes drive to Asda.

Nothing to mention really,just small stuff but water didn't go away in bathroom 🚿

A comfortable and well-equipped property in a great location close to Rugby railway station. Check-in was via key safe, which worked smoothly after phoning the host for the code. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches — the fridge was stocked with some essentials such as milk, bottled water and a small bottle of white wine, and there were supplies of tea and coffee provided too. The host also kindly allowed us a slightly later checkout at 11 a.m. instead of the usual 10 a.m., which was much appreciated. Although I only needed it for one night while attending a salsa event nearby, you could easily stay here for longer. It would suit someone working locally during the week just as well as those visiting for weekend activities or travelling further south. On-street parking was straightforward, and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

The upstairs mezzanine area, which you pass through to reach the bedroom, was attractively furnished but a little fuller than I personally prefer — with a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, plus a TV and stand, making the space feel quite snug. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and well thought-out.

Beautiful house, very quiet area, great attention to detail in the home, welcome pack greatly appreciated, would highly recommend it.

We felt so welcome. All the little details. We only stopped for one night on our way through and it was perfect. We actually wished we'd had longer there. Gary was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place. I tried to book on they way back but was already booked out.

Beautiful property. Really well equipped. Extremely clean and well presented. Great for our overnight stop enroute to Silverstone. Online parking permit provided. Lots of goodies left for us to help us enjoy our stay! We will definitely stay again.

Small double beds against the wall are tricky, but probably the only way they will fit.
