Reserved and paid in advance for a room with a double bed and a rollaway. Check in was on our reservation as 1 o clock. Room was not ready at one when we arrived , we had to wait until 3. We were told there was no rollaway bed but we would be provided with extra blankets and pillows for someone to sleep on the floor. Those were never provided and after 2 request an hour apart we received a call from staff saying there were no available pillows. Room did not cool well no fridge or microwave in room. Carpet looked very old and had small lint balls all over it. Staff both at the front desk checking in and during the stay were very condescending in their speaking to us and no effort was made to even get us pillows for our son sleeping on the floor. Very bad experience!

Great value. The room was clean except the bathtub which needs to be scrubbed. Old but spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet, and outside was clean. The location was excellent: right by the freeway exit. It was the cheapest choice, so can’t expect too much, but this Motel 6 was better than what reviews say. I can see they are trying to improve. No coffee maker, no microwave, and no refrigerator, but that’s understandable thinking of the price. Probably bad guests might steal or brake those amenities. I feel sorry for the Motel 6.

The bathtub needs to be scrubbed.

Had an ADA accessible room (Room 122), and it met expectations. The bathroom had appropriate grab bars for the toilet and the bathtub/shower and a bonus of non-slip strips on the floor where the bathmat would be placed.

The shower head was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The water came out so forcefully in tiny sharp needles that it was actually painful to my skin. Perhaps a simple fix of soaking the shower head in vinegar would clear the head. Secondly, the water actually sprayed through the fabric shower curtain and onto the floor. The bathroom floor was completely soaked in the area near the tub, which could have made it slippery if we had not used towels to dry up the water.
