Everything was excellent

We was in room 125... I don't need to tell you what it was like, If you are serious about wanting to know, then GO look for yourself. I won't ever be back.

I liked how wonderful the staff was. very friendly and willing to help if they could!

The first room we got had dead flies all over the floor by the window, the tv had 5 channels and it just had a bad smell. We told the manager and he very quickly gave us a new room. It smelled wonderful! Muuuch cleaner. He also called later in the day to make sure we liked the room better(we did!). All of the staff is very friendly, from the cleaners to the manager. Thank you for caring.

I recently had surgery and had requested a ground level room with handicapped items. I received a confirmation that my request was fulfilled, however, upon arrival our room was on the second floor with no elevator and there were no grab bars in the bathroom at all. We will never stay there again. I was scared to death because of the stairs I had to navigate to get to our room. Also, the beds sounded like there was a piece of metal on them and they rattled every time you sat on them or turned over.

The desk clerk, the bar, the dart players, the pool players, the people in the room across the hall, ect.

Leaving.

They bumped up to a suite because the room they put us in reeked of dog urine.

I book through booking.com and was informed that they put those people in their worst rooms! I asked for a non pet room and they moved into a suite but was also informed they won't do that again. Our company will not be booking rooms at that hotel again.
