DELovely place, very kind and supportive staff.
However, we payed about 2000 for less than a week. The first 3 days the shower/hot water did not work properly, comfort like a youth hostel. For compensation they offered a dinner. A neighbour blamed us several times for being too loud when simply moving, no holiday feeling. Beds are too small for a person of 1.90. in the kitchen we sadly missed a dishwasher.

We didn't realize we had to carry luggage up 3 floors! Would recommend noting that on the summary. Parking was expensive in the old town area. This is a better location if you are travelling by public transport.
