The house was dirty

Didn't realise it was a shared bathroom. We booked somewhere else and left

Double booked so had to leave.

Not safe Completely dirty

Was unhygienic and pure disgusting. Not a safe place to stay. Refund needed.

Mug had the previous stayers drink still in it. Other mugs had mould and hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty pans all over the kitchen. Hairs in the bath. Door wasn’t even locked when we arrived. Bed sheets not cleaned and weren’t even on the bed. Stains all over the sheets and down the cupboard. Spoons had tea stains on.

Absolutely nothing I couldn't stay in a place like that I'm 76 years old had to drag a suitcase around Southamton till I could find somewhere suitable if that's what booking.com have to offer will look elsewhere in future I should have my payment reimbursed

It wasn't fit for living in cost me a lot of money for short notice booking elswhere

Heating always on...

Anything else. Dirty and wet shower, no mop, kitchen without cuttlery or dishes or pans to cook, no wi-fi, parking space always busy with other cars, no disabled access, very dirty all around, noises from other rooms all night long. A waste of money.

I liked that we had space to ourselves, and there were communal areas of the house. Meeting different people in the kitchen or out the front to smoke was kind of fun. The room was huge! The house is beautiful and huge! Very minimalistic but had all the necessary accessories needed/expected as you would in a hotel. There are shops very close by and even a shopping street a few roads down to go for something to eat.

The worst part was that I didn't think to check if there was entertainment like a tv in the room before booking. Otherwise, I would have taken my laptop to watch. The only other thing is the noises from the other guests. You could hear people talking underneath us and walking up and down the stairs, trying to creep to not wake others up. It could do with some soundproofing, but it is only because there is no clutter and furniture all over the place to soak any noise up. Also, a lamp would have been amazing!
