The courtesy of the staff, the front desk person was so wonderful. They went out of their way. We had to leave for the airport at 4 am and they provided us with coffee and a packed breakfast we could eat along the way since it was so early that we were checking out!

Small old-style hotel with 3 patios offering a fairly simple comfort (no heating in the rooms but there is a satellite TV, free wifi throughout the hotel and a good bathroom). Excellent breakfast (buffet-style on weekends but you can ask whatever you like on other days as well). Staff is very nice and welcoming.

Don't expect the airport shuttle service. They didn't provide it despite my request. But it is of no importance at all: the airport is located virtually in the city and it takes a short 3$ ride with a taxi to get to the hotel. A gas heater would be welcome for breakfast in Patio 1. Fairly cold these days (9-10°C).

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Inca Real with my mother, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The different patios were so beautiful and each adopted a different mood at different times of the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had the necessary amenities, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, the staff was discreet and very helpful. The location is excellent.

The wifi connection was an issue in the room. We could never make phone calls from the room and had to go outside, in the corridor around the patio- this unfortunately was quite uncomfortable. I wish the staff at the counter sometimes had more recommendations to give, like specific restaurants etc.

Very pld but modernized interesting building with many very quiet rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast.

This old building has thick walls so it is quiet but wifi signals can be blocked and spotty with the best place for wifi near the main lobby.
