Karola Apartment 12-C Levante Beach

Location was just where we wanted to be, near the bars and entertainment.

Bathroom was a bit cramped, mop bucket, clothes horse, washing machine and hair dryer all crammed together. Hairdryer would be better near big mirror in lounge with a vanity table for putting make-up on. Bedroom drawers a hazard, I hurt my legs by catching my legs on the handles at the side a few times. Nice big fridge for keeping the water and milk cold. We didn't bother with cooking, just ate out. There are no loungers by the pool. Had to collect keys from booking.com offices which had the wrong address on the information sent to me. Would book again good value.

Too noisy. Unable to sleep.

Central location, clean apartment, comfy bed

We had to collect the keys from the office which was 15min walk from the apartment! Did you hear about keybox? We couldn't find this office very easily either and then we had to drop keys off at the office again. Although the location is great we could hear the music from the night club nearby till 6 am so take earplugs with you if you will not party till that time - this is not an apartment fault I am saying it for information reasons. We didn't realise one of the bedrooms had only internal windows and the fans didn't work in bedroom so it was very hot at night.

Very quick to sort our booking in the office.

No parking outside the booking office. Had to park in the casino parking across the street. The property had a cracked window. Air conditioner didn't work. Parking should be advertised as very tight and not suitable for bigger cars. No close parking if the onside car park is full.

One night the key wouldn't let us in the room even with the help of the receptionist and benidorm booking.com it took two hours also we checked out Monday still not received my deposit back
