This is the place where you can relax in a very friendly atmosphere away from the crowded city and close to nature and fresh air. Vadim and Anastasia will do utmost to help you with any query you have. They even took me in their car to many places. I liked the place so much I have stayed my entire holiday with them.

Malgré une réservation très tardive, les deux hôtes m'ont accueilli chaleureusement. Maison confortable et propre, dans un quartier très calme sur les hauteurs de la ville. Très pratique si vous voulez aller randonner en montagne (grand lac d'Almaty, grand pic d'Almaty). Bons restaurant et épiceries accessibles à pied. Vadim a été exceptionnel et m'a beaucoup aidé à préparer ma randonnée. Des hôtes remarquables !

Отличное расположение, свежий воздух, уютная атмосфера, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, как дома.

Домик уютный, чистый. район тихий, спокойный. Хозяева очень тепло приняли ,проявили заботу как о родных - подсказали где можно прогуляться , и даже сами отвезли нас в горы, показали местные красоты! Завтрак очень вкусный! Жаль мало пожили в этом прекрасном месте!

A lovely location in the hills above Almaty - with easy access to walking tracks in the mountains, and cool breezes in summer. This is real home with incredibly kind and helpful hosts, who can answer all your questions and make sure your stay is comfortable - it feels very safe and welcoming. The kitchen is available for use, and Vadim will offer to drive you down to the supermarket to buy supplies :-) The room was huge and very clean, with a lovely outlook and a comfortable bed. You can reach the lodge via public transport, but probably a yandex taxi is better.

It was quite dark at night going down the stairs to the bathroom, maybe a nightlight would be helpful.

A place to get close to nature. There are mountain nearby you can just walk to & not too far from Big Almaty Lake. They can recommend you the place to visit & very helpful to help you with your plan.

It's the perfect place of what I'm looking for. Best place for self reflection and soul searching. It has a quiet and peaceful ambience at the same time, a safe place to stay. It is one of the best areas in Almaty for hiking. I would love to go back someday to hike in Alatau National Park to see the "Big Almaty Lake." You will wake up with a mountain view and birds chirping around. Squirrels climbing up the trees is a plus. Restaurants are lined up from the main road, so food is not a big issue. Highly recommended for solo travellers or with friends who have similar interests. Mr. Vadim is a very accommodating and nice host. Thank you for treating your guest like family! PS. Sultan the dog is a nice host as well :) :) :)

Nothing so far. But it will be a lot better if there's one toilet upstairs.
