"Disappointed!"

One of the bathrooms was out of order. Despite repeated complaints the problem was not fixed until we checked out. There was a strong stench coming from the locked bathroom. A big turn off! The overall appearance of the uniit is not as pretty as it's portrayed...very disappointing!

room stinks. room ambience was zero. couch is broken. room is below basic. toilet smells bad.

Communication with management was slow. 1 toilet was out of order....peeled wall paper...bathroom fittings were not great.

Only 1 access card given for large group Staying in 1 unit apartment with 5 bedrooms. Lots of ants on the dining table. Nippon paint buckets left under the sink.
