"It was a safety threat for the family especialy those with infants"

It was spacious

These are my feedback for your attention 1. Sofa set must change as it really post security threat 2. ⁠cleanliness some of the spots were not clean 3. ⁠no broom and mop for us to clean 4. ⁠Aircond leakage was super uncomfortable 5. ⁠repaint the place as the paints are peeling off was afraid the kids might pick and eat 6. ⁠its good to baby proof the place 7. ⁠toilet basin also gt leakage

The pool was very nice.

Frequent power cuts. Sometimes took very long to come back on. Mold on the walls was very dirty. My shower drain refused to drain. Found an insect on the bed. The staff forgot to add me to a WhatsApp group and led me to waste a lot of my time on the check in process when I could have done it online. Very disappointing process.
