Going home

Very upset and very very dirty place . The smell made me sick . Very disappointed as it was a family matter why I had to stay in Ramsgate. To find this after a six hour drive had me in tears

Clean and had everything we needed

Very close to Ramsgate and broadstairs beaches Great communications with host and easy to get keys with clear instructions

Had to rewash cups and couldn’t get the shower at a good temp as temperature changed when using the shower

I love everything about this place the staff are super easy to get hold of. It’s in such a perfect location 10 mins from the beach. And shops literally across the road. Never ever had any issues staying here and have stayed 4/5 times

In a dodgy area, whole house smelt like weed. Garbage bags piled up in the alleyway. Needs a lick of paint and carpet cleaned. WiFi didn't work.

Front bedroom very loud as it was on the main road; back bedroom window didn't open so couldn't air out weird smell No lightbulb in the second bedroom's ceiling light Wifi didn't work (wanted a plus net account log in) There isn't a washing machine or dishwasher though advertised No hand soap in the bathroom and we couldn't really get the shower to a normal temperature (it was very hot) so used the bath

Bit of a dodgy area and there is no parking

Easy access to town centre. Easy to check in and check out. Spacious rooms. Clean and tidy inside property. Spacious and tidy garden.

Area around outside of property was a bit grubby, rundown and lacking attention from local council. Toilet downstairs was not attached to cistern, floor or wall, not indication of this, until it was used, informed host, who knew nothing about it, damage to doors, fire mantelpiece in bedroom, host notified by us, and knew of this, informed that these issues were to be rectified when items to replace arrive. Comms with host were sometimes slow to non responsive, asked various questions prior to stay, took a long time to get response, tried to send photos of damage we found on arrival, however, number could not receive photos 🤷‍♂️.
