Liked how homely it felt. The bedroom sizes are brilliant. Shower is very nice too

More clean towels needed. The carpet by the front room and the kitchen is lifting up so tripped a few times.

The house was ok,and was reasonably clise to where we were going.

Didn't like the fact that I got a phone call 10 mins before check-in to say I was unable to check-in as it hadn't been cleaned because previous people had left it in a state,didn't see why it was left so late especially as check out was 10am.Did ask if I could at least drop luggage off but again couldn't because cleaner had key and was put getting cleaning products, this put a dampener on things and then had to rush to get ready to go out.The radiator in lounge was not working and the radiator thermostat know was not attached to radiator( noticed this at 12 ish when we got in from wedding reception.Also no instructions for boiler for putting heating on.

Very homely and cozy . Lovely kitchen . The property felt like home for the week it was lovely . Bed was very comfortable.

There wasn’t a great deal of kitchen utensils like sharper knife’s and veg peeler , but other than that there’s no issues .

There was a lot of space

It was horrible. I could not comfortably stay here. As soon as you walk in there is a stench of sewage. It permeated the whole property. There was a toilet flood which made it even worse with sewage water all over the floor. You can see from the pictures that this is something that happens frequently as there is mould on the walls. The heating did not work and there was no hot water. I was not able to shower in the freezing cold water. It was around 12.5 degrees C for my stay inside the bedroom. The living room was even colder. This is not a safe temperature to sleep in. This is not appropriate. I asked for a refund but they still haven’t sent it. I am very disappointed with this property. I expect better from Booking.Com.

My partner and I needed a place to stay after an event we attended in the town centre. The house was a stones throw from everything so it was really convenient. The house itself is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was much nicer for us than a hotel stay, and greater value for money too! Will definitely book again, thanks Ella! 😊

It was very easy to find an apartment and host was very responsive and allowed us to come 30mnts early. Rooms were nice. This apartment even has a bath. Kitchen is equiped enough to prepar breakfast and tea.

If you have a kitchen, you must have a table and chairs where you can eat. No chairs at all! Hot water and heating - very difficult to regulate: it's either too hot or too cold. The very last morning the hot water just disappeared. It's nice to have some liquid soap for washing up and a hairdryer.

Good location, close to the town and Dumpton Park Station. The local pubs were excellent. Plenty of space and facilities.

There was no mirror of shelf above the bathroom sink which made it awkward.

The beds were comfy.good location Bathroom was lovely. Wifi good 2 toilets which is a bonus

No parking outside Furniture and some carpet stained Window in front bedroom broken should not close. Blind also broken. Towels were all bleach stained Loft hatch missing which caused a draught all night. No blinds in kitchen windows
