Great location to get to Ramsgate Harbour

Close to the beach and all amenities. Clean bathroom and kitchen.

Foul smell on entering property which persisted throughout our stay. Lots of stains on carpet. Side of house there were piles of rubbish and the garden was nothing like the pictures advertised. Garden was overgrown with nettles and thorny weeds. Our 3 year old grandson could not go in the garden due to the state of it. We did contact the property manager and to be fair they answered quickly but they expected us to wait in the next day for a plumber and have the numerous piles of rubbish removed! We were only staying for 3 nights so wasn't prepared to waste our holiday waiting for people to come. The toilet downstairs flooded and was unusable. We couldn't open the kitchen windows to air the property as the massive pile of rubbish was piled up under the kitchen window and the weather was hot so this was not an option. It was a decision to keep the window closed to avoid the smell of rubbish or open them to let the smell of sewerage out!

The house was bigger than we expected and is close to the sea side.

No toiletries, tea coffee, table and chairs - could be a nice accommodation but in need of TLC

Good location, walking distance from the beach.

There was no wi fi, no soap, one toilet roll for 2 toilets, it was noisy from the busy road, there was some artificial strong smell in the apartment that gave me an allergic reaction, I don’t know what was it because I didn’t find any air freshener. Bed was not comfortable. The host didn’t reply any messages. There were many issues that could be fixed easily but the landlord didn’t even bother to respond.

It was described as cosy and that’s what it is. Small but has what you need. Would feel cramped if we were staying longer than a day. Property is on a very busy road and the traffic noise was so loud, felt like the cars were in the room with me! Woke up the next morning to find we had no hot water, so not of us could have a shower (during a hot summers weekend) owner replied after check out time so we were unable to sort the issue behind we left.

small 2 bedroom house. fine for one night stay

incorrect code given for the key box so we had to wait 30 minutes for the correct code to be sent over. stressful after a 3 hour drive. no tea/coffee available - I should have checked this on the website better pillows needed, had to use the pillows from the spare bedroom.
