"Great location"

Close to ramsgate beach.

Seal was broken on the window leading onto the main road. Letting a lot of noise it making it noisey. Recommend a TV in master bedroom and a mirror in the upstairs bathroom

"A disaster. No point in having kitchen facilities if there isn't even a chair or table."

The keybox code was changed from what had been indicated earlier. There were no chairs in the place, nor a table at which to eat or from which to operate a laptop. There was not a single lampshade in the place and most of the fittings didn't even have a lightbulb!

"The boiler was not working so there was no heating and hot water."

Location is good and the house is renovated, so our first impression was good.

The boiler was not working so there was no heating and hot water. After numerous phone calls and messages to the host and customer service the problem could not be solved for 2 days. The temperature in the house was only 14 degrees so staying overnight with children was not easy. The lack of hot water made cooking and washing impossible.
