La Paranera Hotel & Relax

A wonderful experience to stay at this wonderful place.

The property is beautiful surrounded by magnificent old trees and vegetation! The management of this hotel has trained their staff well! They were welcoming, gracious and willing to help with what ever you needed. We left some clothing items in the wardrobe and the staff contacted us and arranged to send the items to our home address.

Location, town, restaurant, the entire resort. Everything is perfect

Room was clean and quiet.

During our stay, there was no hot water available throughout the night. This not only made showering challenging and unpleasant but also rendered the "hot tub"—a major feature and selling point of the room—completely unusable. Additionally, even if hot water had been available, it would have taken over two hours to fill the "hot tub" to an adequate level. Furthermore, I booked the room under the impression that breakfast was included, yet the offering consisted solely of a small plate of fruit and a piece of bread. For a room priced at nearly 4,000 MXN per night with "breakfast included," I would not expect to be charged extra for basic items such as eggs and tortillas (chilaquiles).
