Posizione ottima per chi come noi doveva prendere aereo a Fiumicino e per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la cortesia di Andrea. Bagno e camera pulitissimi.

La camera invece era due rampe di scale sotto il piano terreno, senza rete telefonica e prendeva luce solo da una piccola finestra che dava sull'ingresso di un garage sotterraneo. Inoltre nel giardino c'era una festa di alcuni ragazzi che avevano a disposizione anche la stanza sopra di noi e purtroppo si sono sentiti dei rumori fastidiosi fino almeno a mezzanotte.

Zona molto bella e decisamente tranquilla, alla struttura non manca nulla. Cucina attrezzata e bagno spazioso, e anche un bel giardino. Personale molto gentile e disponibile :-) tornerò sicuramente

"La cama perfecta para descansar"

La cama es lo mejor y eso ayuda muchísimo. Descanse muy bien en penas 6 horas de ocupación de la habitación. El dueño tiene otro punto a favor porque habla perfectamente español y fue muy bien explicado como se llega y entra. Tiene un formato tipo Airbnb.

El sonido de la puerta del baño ya que le faltaba lubricante
