+ Andrea was very helpful, gave us recommendations for restaurants and places and showed me how to buy a trainticket to Rome. + There is free parking available in the street and it is a safe neighborhood. + The trainstation is 8min away by car, there is a direct train to Roma San Pietro that only takes 20min and the trainticket only costs 2.60€. + The room is spacious and the terrace a nice place to relax after a day in the city or to have breakfast. + Andrea let us leave our luggage at the house for a few hours, which we really appreciated.

- It didn‘t bother us, but the bathroom is outside the room, where you might meet other people. It is right next to the room and we didn‘t mind at all.
