The location is perfect, in the calm neighborhood. Lots of space, clean and everything you might need on your trip - they have. If you want to go to the sea, or lake, or Rome, it's located in between, 20min away. Very helpful owners, willing to assist you with requests you may have. Will visit them again, for sure!

Staff was able to do a late check in last minute and was friendly. Nice quite street.

The exit instructions left us locked inside the compound. Staff will need to start giving travellers the lock box code so they don’t get trapped between the house and compound walls.

"Stay in a quiet neighbourhood near Rome."

Nice large airconditioned bedroom with a balcony, comfortable but could use a second lounger on the balcony. Very quiet neighbourhood. Use of a small kitchen. On site parking behind a gate. Private bathroom. Train station is 8 km away, only € 2.60 to Rome.

No written information on dining, public transport or even a wifi code. The bathroom is reached via the hallway. Owner was slightly reluctant to allow us to park on her property (as advertised).

"Great place close to Fiumicino and local beaches"

Great location, close to beaches and to the Fiumicino airport. Very quiet area. The host is very friendly. Place has been renovated recently and it shows.

Great host and great location. Really friendly and gave great recommendations! The room was really big and comfortable.

My only advice is bring a cork screw if you want to drink wine as this is the only thing the kitchen was missing! Other than that it was perfect.
