"Great location but needs some love"

Great location, provided basic place to shower and put our heads.

Very very basic facilities, was staying for just over 2 weeks and no washing up bowl and the plug didn’t fit the sink so had to make do with a cake cover we had. Feels like it needs a good makeover as it was quite run down. Everything felt like it had just been put together with things missing.

Great location, good central heating and great parking.

Under stocked in the kitchen. Bad pans and kitchen ware. Walls throughout property were shabby and marked. Not the most inviting decor.

"Very nice comfortable stay"

No breakfast. Facilities & location very good. Parking on the drive very good. Very nice stay.

They could do with a bit of decoration i.e. floorboards creaking.

Location was good. Good bed linen

Dreadful drain smell downstairs. Not the cleanest in places, dirty carpets with dog hairs. Very creaky upstairs floorboards, not good when someone was sleeping downstairs in the sofa bed.
