One bedroom slightly small

Clean, comfortable and good central location. Good that there was off street parking too.

The kitchen could have been rather better equipped (the plug didn’t fit the wash basin and no washing up bowl; limited selection of knives and pans); it would be helpful if there had been instructions that you need to access Selkirk Street from All Saints Road not Prestbury Road.

dirty no instructions where to find things like duvet and bedding not enough towels no lightbulbs and hallway light was out sewage smell when you flushed the loo mould in the bathroom blocked sink

Unfortunately we booked for 4 adults and a small toddler requiring a cot. This was not supplied when requested in advance so we brought a portable cot with us. On arrival it was evident the bedrooms were flatteringly photographed - and would not fit a cot in. This meant there was no where for our daughter to safely sleep. We had to book alternative last minute accomodation and Ksuites were completely resistant to giving us any refund, which I very disappointed about. Furthermore we also let them know the house was not well cleaned; there was hair and dirt on carpets, dusty shelves and stained lounge cushions.
