NZSpacious villa with amazing views. Dining and kitchen area had a tv so it was a good place to hang out. Lounge had fireplace which we used, had another area for taking in the views. Master bedroom had own suite with an amazing view. Rooms were made up nicely, beds comfortable and warm. The walkway to the shops is close and only 10mins. Comms with the owner was open and always helpful with questions. Would stay there again and again
I read the reviews about the driveway, so true. Abit scary when youre get close to the house but got used to it. Minor compared to the positives

NZThe location on Bluff Hill was really handy. It's a very short walk to the War Memorial Conference Centre and many key attractions. And the property has fantastic views. It's a historic house with character and everything you need

NZAbsolutely stunning home, views where sensational ✨️ most definitely would love to stay again. Best part was the main room as it had the bath tub views.
The only down was the drive way. As both my car and my brother's car almost didn't make it down to the house due to it being a bit tricky to get down. But after a couple attempts we managed to get down and out safely
