The room was great

No parking Keys in different location was a nightmare for out of town people Rooftop pool lift out of order long term

The location is conveniently located and parking included is great. It was quiet and clean and would use again.

Check out instructions did not work because you can not leave your swipe cards in the room if you have a car in the garage as the swipe card is needed to enter the garage and get out as well. Also there were a lack of additional towels for a multiple day stay. Lastly, the towel rack in the bathroom is broken and partially fell off the wall when trying to use it.

Lovely clean apartment. Very comfy bed. Beautiful view of the harbour bridge.

I didn't receive the email with instructions for getting the key out of the lockbox. I had to call the host, and she sent me a text with the lockbox details. We got locked out of our room once, but the host was very helpful. And a hotel staff member was helpful. I did not read that you need the door card to get out of the carpark when you leave the hotel.
