A second swipe key and a few more towels would be the only needs

The apartment itself couldn’t have been more perfect. Open, sunny, clean and a brilliant vibe. Probably my favourite place on a month long NZ tour. Location spot on, and I personally found the hosts to be lovely, attentive and very helpful. Absolutely fabulous place and will be my default when in Auckland.

Getting the key was a bit of a mission, but given how the hotel is set up I can understand it. Possibly would be better to look at obtaining instructions to get the key earlier. Only a very, very small thing though.

Comms with the host were difficult, they were rude and also forgot to give us details for the carpark which we had clearly marked in the booking and made the start quite stressful. Also queried if we could check in early and there was a ridiculous charge for this courtesy. Lastly returning the the room to leave key on bench is very inconvenient.

Fantastic rooms. Clean...had everything to meet our needs. What a view!!

No complaints....(Light bulbs in the bedroom lamps need changing) but did not impact on our wonderful stay

The room was beautiful. We were impressed with the location, the view and the overall asthetic of the apartment. Conveniently close to where we needed to go in the CBD. Free parking was good too. Great value for what we paid and would definitely book again.

Roof top pool? We could see it in the hotel rooftop pool across the road, but our access card did not allow us to enter the building and the offsite staff did not respond to our request for access. Also, the staff did not provide details on how to access the carpark, or wifi, until after we asked them the day after we checked in.
