The location suited us. There is a supermarket nearby.

This apartment is located in the basement without the possibility to open the windows that's why there's no daylight, the smell in the bathroom. Since this is a basement, the industrial ventilation is noisy and cannot be turned off, we couldn't sleep because of the ventilation noise. . Linen and towels are not white, which means they cannot be washed at 90 degrees.

Estaba en un sótano, deberían decirlo en el anuncio. También creo que estaría bien hacer una limpieza más profunda de los electrodomésticos y poner más de una toalla por persona.

Geräumige Wohnung, nah an Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Innenstadt auch fußläufig zu erreichen Vermieter ist gut erreichbar Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt daneben

Souterrain-Wohnung: es lassen sich keine Fenster öffnen, allerdings gute Lüftungsanlage

It was rather cozy and clean. Very good for big companies because of a lot of beds.

It wasn't an issue for us (because of active ventilation), but may be useful to know that it is a semi-basement level apartment with windows that look like they couldn't be opened.
