70m2 Golden Apartments Tallinn

We liked the dryer and washing machine, and big living room.

We only got 1 towel per person. No extra towels for hands and foot in the bathroom nor any kitchen towels. Sadly only one pan for an apartment of capacity for about 10 people.

Location, quite easy to find.

A smell of mildew even at a work of air cleaner.

Good layout for hanging with friends. Easy access to the city. Apartment had everything for a pleasant stay.

Very helpful and friendly host, spacious kitchen/living room, well equipped. The bus station is easy to reach. There is a nice playground just behind the accommodation.

The double-bed room is separated, however the 6 (bunk)bed room is a walk-through when you enter the appartment, and it is open towards the kitchen/living room, so you can't close the doors when children go to bed. It is a souterrain appartment with windows only to the street side, hence you can't really open the windows.

The place is so close to the bus station and there is enough space to comfortable stay. If you are a family or big group is perfect.

The apartment is location in the cellar so it feels a little humid. but there is a dehumidifier and and conditioners so is fine

Clean, private and fairly quiet (some traffic noise though). Grocery store is very close and the location is walkable and close to public transit.

First two days noticeable musty smell upon entering the apartment. Eventually it disappeared though

The place is unbeatable if you intend to catch a bus.

It was a bit too hot and stuffy at first, the AC temperature was set too high, but upon contacting the owner this was fixed. But fresh air was still lacking, especially in the main bedroom and in the living room, which are too far from the AC. Ultimately we had to sleep in the room which had bunk beds.

Good location with free parking and only a 30 minute walk to the old town. Plenty of space for lots of people. Host was responsive and helpful. Kitchen was pretty well stocked although we didn't do any cooking. Close to running paths.

Some street noise at night but not all night. No regular TV channels, only streaming.
