"Clean, modern, comfortable apartment"

The property is newly decorated with a modern theme running throughout. Clean and tidy, very quiet. Easy to find, great parking, and a 5 minute walk to the village.

The only things we missed were an iron and ironing board.

"Perfect location, stunning property"

The location was great and parking space handy. The standard of the flat was immaculate and really enjoy the decor, modern and clean. The host was very helpful, we had an issue (personal not the flat) amd she was friendly and reassuring, helped us quickly. All over a great stay and will be back!

The property was spotless and a perfect location for walking into the town centre

The property is upstairs which meant we kept our pushchair in the car for ease, this wasn’t a problem though as the car parking space is so close.

"Lovely Flat In Emsworth"

It was what Emsworth has wanted - well furnished, convenient for the town and better than an overpriced hotel room.

A guide for the boiler would be appreciated.
