It was very clean

Beautifully decorated apartment with everything we needed. Easy check in process and the hosts were very friendly and immediately responsive when we had queries, despite us arriving on Christmas day. This was a perfect base for visiting family close by.

Someone used our dedicated parking space the second night we stayed, the hosts were very apologetic and not their fault, but there was little that could be done to resolve this.

Clean, tidy and very convenient 1 bed flat. Ideal for a short stay and exploring without the need for a car.

We loved everything! Our hosts were brilliant with communication and very kind. The accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean, newly and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed (and so much more!). The location was perfect, seconds from the train station and within minutes of the most picturesque town and beach.

Breakfast not included, couldn’t find the washing machine. It was behind a very stiff and tight door. There were a few small issues which were seen to by a very delightful host name Rick.

Our Host and his wife were a delightful couple and were very helpful in regards to all our questions. Our 20 day stay was good and the town of Emswoth was friendly and helpful to any questions that we had.

Clean, tidy and well equipped. It was also a great location - easy to walk to pubs and restaurants and easy to get out on to A27

Nowhere to hang towels

Location, everything you wanted in the flat.

Couldn’t get heating to work, had to sit in kitchen with oven on, freezing cold. Having to kneel on floor to retrieve key.

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from train station. 5 minutes walk from restaurants, takeaways, Tesco and pubs. 10 minutes from the sea. Spacious and comfortable. Lovely kitchen facilities and a hot shower. Peaceful, no traffic or outside noise.

One tiny thing. It would have been nice to have a little booklet or information sheet on the flat with things such as where to leave the rubbish and used towels at end of stay. But that didn't take anything away from what was a great place to spend a few nights.
