Very close to amenities

The location of the caravan was in a prime location with all amenities being a 2-5 min walk. It was nice to have accommodation with three bedrooms so people did not need to sleep in the living room. All bedrooms had a power socket as well. There is ample parking on-site with easy access to the park. The caravan has all you need for a value getaway break including oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. There was plenty of space in the living area. The TV was also decent with full freeview channel access. The bright motion light outside was useful in the dark when leaving and entering the caravan. The shower was not bad at all and is actually quite spacious inside the cubicle.

The heating in the bedrooms is a little antiquated as it has very old fan heaters which make a lot of noise for very little impact. The accommodation was quite dirty and we had to do a big clean when we arrived; it was later discovered the cleaning team hadn't prepared the rooms and turned up a day after we had arrived due to incorrect dates. This meant bedding we thought was clean was actually used linen! The cleaners apologised and sorted our beds out the day after we arrived. WiFi was not expected as per specification but this would have improved the accommodation considerably. This is not accommodation for those looking for a quiet environment as nearby attractions and bars can be heard clearly.

How close it was to everything, which is needed for us as my mother struggles with mobility. The communication of the owner. The added finer touches. The best hot shower in a caravan we've ever had. Easy process collecting the keys. 2nd time for us, and would use again,

Didn't spoil our holiday at all, only issue for us, that was easily solved by a large towel,was one main big window didn't have a blind so at night people could see straight in. Didn't spoil our holiday though.

In a good position for all amenities

Nothing to dislike

The caravan was in a grate location, so was just to walk anywhere so never had to move car although there was a few little thing wrong with the caravan we loved it

The gate was broken off when we got there that made it hard as my 4 year old disabled son couldnt go out side and play and there was no seating to sit out there , the toilet sink was lose when we went in so we screwed it back on along a kichen door half off, but that being said we loved our stay

Location was great.

The fridge had a icebox with no door so it kept dripping water on floor. It says available from 2 but owner informed us it isn't until 3 and cleaner came at 2.50 so was never going to clean properly in 10 mins. Could do with a deep clean, and issues sorted it would be alot better as it is a nice caravan.

Perfect location great area, good value for money

Poor cleaning, needed some repairs to items in van, some which were sorted whilst we was there. Need a new toaster rusty , missing gate to the caravan, stained towels , grass on bedding and stains , shower floor and mats uncomfortable. Cobwebs and not hoovered on arrival ..

Not the hosts fault but I really think he needs to stop check caravan as it wasn’t as clean as it should of been
