"Great location, caravan is dated. OK for a short stay if you're not fussy."

Ideal location for Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island, minutes walk away from bars etc.

Uncomfortable bed, could feel every spring in the mattress. No outside furniture to sit on. Caravan needs some TLC, attention to detail hooks behind doors missing, tools left on shelves, patio unclean, curtains hanging off rails, toilet unclean.
