Clean, fresh and extremely well equipped kitchen. Modern and comforable living room, beds very comfortable, bathrooms very clean. Overall a very well appointed apartment in a very central location.

Nothing really to not like, apart from a second parking space would have been a plus.

This was the best appointed accommodation I have experienced, very comfortable and clean and arrival instructions clear.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was in an excellent location - peaceful but only 3min walk from the centre of town, with all its great restaurants and attractions. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay with some really thoughtful additions and a useful care package for anything you might have forgotten to pack. It was warm and cosy and really well presented. The beds were really comfortable and everyone in our group commented on how well they slept. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like. A couple of minor things that might improve what is already a great place to stay. There is parking for one car - that could be a bit clearer in the description. It's not a problem as there are other options very close by. Hanging space and 'in room' storage was a little bit limited but we were only staying a couple of nights so it didn't bother us. The welcome booklet is really thorough and an index might be helpful to help you locate the information you need quickly. We did have a bit of an issue with the hot water on Saturday afternoon Sally was helpful on the phone and the info was in the information booklet but it didn't solve the issue and some of our group had to wait to get a hot shower the next day.

Lovely spacious flat, easy to access, location was superb, mins away for the centre and convention centre.

The only complaint we had about the whole apartment was the en-suite toilet, opened it up to be greeted with S**T stains in it which wasn't very nice. Something the housekeeping should maybe pay more attention too

Sally is very caring and helpful , everything is well organized . Beds just so comfortable , we love the living room and kitchen as well. The location is great! Definitely will back again .

The property was great, very well equipped and really nicely furnished / decorated. Fantastic location for the town centre. Host was very quick to resolve a couple of very minor issues even though was also away. Would definitely recommend property. It suited us as a group of 6 adults travelling together, but would equally suit families with children.

Lovely modern flat, all mod cons inc coffee machine

only one issue , the ceilings are like loft so my sons and husband did bang there heads a lot as very low in 2 of the bedrooms , also did feel like we had to do a bit of a clean before we left as instructed on the information from host.

Location was great, very near the city centre. Flat was very clean and spacious, nice and warm. Hope to visit again soon
