It was very hot the ac didn’t work and they came to fixes it at around 4ish 5ish but it still was very hot the owner could control it from her phone she was turning it off and on and putting it on78/92 i was nothing but nice and very respectful and sweeting bullets and this the treatment I getting request more money

It was just what we needed

The pictures were perfect and exactly what we wanted.

The pool heater broke but started working our last day.

It was near the places we needed to get to.

One of the bedrooms had a metal bed that was nearly broken and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The sheets and towels did not smell clean.

Location and as far as we could see the beds were clean

Completely started off bad. Because my sister cleans vacation homes in the area and was the first to arrive she was able to do a quick spruce clean before I arrived. Floors needed to be swept and some of the bathrooms had hair in them. Front door was painted and when she arrived the seal came right off with the door when she opened it. There were no baking sheets ( purchased foil ones ) no extra face towels ( she brought some from her home) kitchen faucet was very loose and was not fixed or replaced, coffee maker was not working, (had to purchase a new one) no toilet plunger in the villa (also had to purchase one) and pool screens were broken for at least a week and the pool was dirty when arriving until 2 days before departing. Beds were nicely made but some were uncomfortable. We were not going to complain further from the faucet, front door and pool screens because we did not want to deter any of this from our trip.
