The host refused to confirm the booking until we paid a security deposit directly, outside of Booking.com. This created stress and uncertainty before our arrival, and I believe this violates Booking.com's policies and practices. When we arrived, we had to wait more than 30 minutes just to receive the code to enter the flat, even though we had followed all check-in instructions and arrived on time. Upon check-out, the host falsely accused us of damage in order to withhold the deposit. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to exploit guests. We left the apartment in good condition and deny any wrongdoing.

The property looks okay on the outside but it’s quiet saddening, there was no packing space it was really a struggle, looking for where to park The toilet is the only beautiful part of the Accomodation

One bed in one of the rooms is terrible, we couldn’t sleep on it, it was sinking in the middle it’s really terrible. Our mobile network doesn’t work in there, even the WiFi provided doesn’t work

The location, staff are kindness and supportive.

Bed mattress not comfortable at all, ground floor apartment not secured, since the windows not secured, noisy from street in weekend.

The accommodation was clean and in a perfect location for the centre of town and attractions.

It was quite Spartan and unwelcoming with the minimum facilities. There was no plug for the sink so washing crockery and utensils required running water. The bed in the front bedroom was very well used with one mattress very sunken in the middle. A door in the back bedroom was full clear glass with no curtain or means to obscure. I accept that access to the rear of the property was very difficult but to undress and or go to bed with full visibility from outside was uncomfortable. The en-suite shower rooms had no heating except a towel rail which had no switch to turn on. The tv had no terrestrial signal and was constantly buffering and was consequently unusable. The front door access to the property was frequently open on entering and exiting the property, creating a security problem.

All facilities are within the apartment. Location is great close to everything.
