Good location neat place

Personal communication with host or someone who could guide us was not there.

Great location, pet-friendly , easy access, very good quality facilities and well-equipped - it’s not often that you get a potato masher in the kitchen utensils!

Excellent location, great communication from owners re door code/key retrieval and parking etc. Apartment was very spacious, very clean, very quiet considering location and excellent wifi. Bathrooms were well furnished and very clean.

The apartment was very very cold on arrival (midnight), which was very disappointing and not expected, especially with tired children. Whilst the skirting board heating did work, it takes a long time to warm the property, so even after being left on all night the property was only warm by the end of the next day. The apartment was minimally furnished, no lampshades, odd numbers of plates/glasses etc which meant if we'd wanted to cater for 4 people it would not have been possible. There was only 3 seats (2 seater and 1 chair) in the lounge area for watching the tv. The duvets were very thin polyester ones, which in a cold property. Overall property disappointing if this is a family run business, as it was not homely or welcoming at all.

The accommodation was nice and clean, it felt very homey, which in turn made my stay a lot more comfortable.

Everything was exceptional, just the bedroom heater not working for the first couple days but all was rectified

There was huge noise from upstairs.

The best aspects of the property are its excellent location and the spacious size of the apartment.

The bed sheets need to be replaced with higher-quality ones. The shampoo provided is very cheap and should be upgraded to a better quality option. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation needs significant improvement.
