Communications with this company is a hot mess. The apartment itself is not what is presented in the pictures. It is dirty and filthy. Let's not make it all too long but, after talking to booking as they didn't answer no calls no messages after hours of waiting they finally let us into this hot pupu mess. Jet what was presented. I am gonna share here with pictures so u know..... There was a heavy smoke smell, when we looked for a smoke free one. Especially as my partner has a nicotine allergy. Walls are black. The entry alone was dirty af! As Nobody cleaned. The closets were full of water but the dishes itself just dirty ECT ECT. After hours of discussion with booking, who were unable to really offer any help, I asked for the official cancelation or a relocation . Which was denied by the owner... Instead they send the cleaning lady again. Just to confirm in our face, they just clean from time to time and yes someone smoked but hey, she did open the dirty windows instead of cleaning them and oh yeah the oven all the greasy stuff.. in her opinion water. As we didn't buy the ba, she called the manager who no wonder did answer the phone to. Means our calls all of them all three numbers ignored even before the whole deal started.. booking. All's or the cleaning lady no problem. But to the customer nothing... Yeah. Then and we ended up paying for another stay and now the lawyer is suing the company and booking. Stay the hell out of there don't make these kinds of stupid mistakes as beleaving anything u see in this profile.

I booked the apartment for 7 days. 5 days out of 7 I had no electricity or hot water. The staff didn't even bother to answer my messages.

Bathroom, washing machine.

Apartment can’t be used winter time, base floor such cold - no way to heat the room. Curtains were with spot of blood. All instructions in Spanish despite personal fluently speaking English. Interior not bad - management is not guest’s friendly. Working style is to catch strangers and charge maximum. Lazy, not oriented for service.

Has everything you need. Good location.

You sleep in a sofa bed you have to make yourself and the staff is not responsive nor welcoming. It can be uncomfortable due to the big window right in the street, it’s like you either get privacy or light

Everything is made in a makeshift way. Everything you touch stays in your hand. The first night the room was 15 degrees, I stayed under the duvet the whole time. I sent a message to the hotel's Whatsapp number, they claimed the room was 21 degrees. They didn't even come and look. I left the room on the 2nd day, I asked them to refund my last day. They said they couldn't refund. Definitely a place not to be preferred! Terrible!
