Sehr zentrale Lage. Kleiner als erwartet jedoch völlig ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte. Großes Bett, sehr gemütlich.

Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet, sauber und gut gelegen.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr schwierig. Am Morgen fanden wir nirgends den Schalter, um das Warmwasser anstellen zu können .Wir haben bestimmt eine Stunde auf eine Rückmeldung gewartet. In der Zwischenzeit haben wir den Schalter durch Zufall selbst entdeckt, wurden aber in der Antwort des Vermieters nur darauf hingewiesen, dass wir um 10 Uhr auschecken müssen. Dem Vermieter hatten wir in unserer Frage nach dem Schalter extra mitgeteilt, dass wir einen Geschäftstermin haben und deswegen darauf angewiesen sind, die Unterkunft rechtzeitig verlassen zu können. Durch die Verzögerung haben wir beim Auschecken etwas vergessen. Das ist uns etwa eine Stunde später aufgefallen. Wir haben uns daraufhin wieder beim Vermieter gemeldet und mitgeteilt, dass wir den ganzen Tag noch in Como sein werden und den Gegenstand abholen können. Alternativ könnten sie ihn auch vor die Tür in den Busch legen. Daraufhin entspann sich eine Konversation über Stunden, in der eine Auskunft der anderen widersprach und wir am Ende ohne den vergessenen Gegenstand abreisen mussten. Getoppt wurde das Ganze dann dadurch, dass der Vermieter ohne Rücksprache den Versand für 37,50 € veranlasste und auf die Bezahlung bestand, ohne jemals eine Zustimmung zu dem Preis eingeholt zu haben. Da mag die Wohnung nett und die Lage praktisch sein. Aber sowas macht einen Aufenthalt einfach anstrengend.

To avoid delays, it is recommended to complete the registration in advance.As for the apartment itself, there are a few points to be aware of. The entrance is located in a side alley (inside a courtyard), and due to the absence of a security grille on the entrance door, the level of safety may feel insufficient — the bed is positioned immediately next to the door, which can be somewhat uncomfortable. Disposable slippers are not provided, cleaning supplies are stored under the bed, and the floor is quite cold.Overall, the apartment is suitable for staying; however, it is advisable to take these organizational and household aspects into account beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.

The location is good and convenient, and the property is lovely and comfortable.

The only drawback is the aircon made noice the whole night.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, cama cómoda y grande, limpio. El baño es espacioso. En general cuenta con muchas comodidades como plancha, hervidor eléctrico, secador de pelo, armario grande, té, café y agua de cortesía. La comunicación con el administrador ha sido buena.

La ubicación del apartamento es un poco regular, no en cuanto a cercanía al centro (menos de 10 minutos caminando) sino el ingreso a este. Está un poco descuidado, baches y poca luz al anochecer, lo que hace peligroso caminar por ahí. Tuvimos que ayudarnos de la linterna del móvil.
