Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful

Congested room and room booked with breakfast but breakfast was not provided by the hotel.

No cold water in the tap Flush stopped working in the middle of the night , when I call receptionist he didn't pick up the call. Bed side charging point was not working One lose tight charging point was there we had to adjust. When I complained about this they told me it may be with my charger. I asked for warm water to drink twice so they were rude about it... tell everything at once

Everything was perfect.

Air conditioning is noisy during my stay plus you can hear lots of noise from the outside which the hotel can’t help and also from the staffs area. I request services desk to change my room, promptly acknowledge and accept my request and they move my room. Thank you
