Rocester Rest close to Alton Towers & JCB, Netflix

The cleaning couple were lovely and helped set up the single sofa bed even though it was broken and I had cut my hand trying to open it. Also they helpfully met my wife to pass on a pillow we had left behind. Good TV.

1) Broken bed 2) No blind downstairs so myself and my son who were on the sofa beds couldn't sleep at all. 3) When I booked the place it looked like from the pictures that there were 2 bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed and the second with two singles but it only had one bedroom which was not really any good for 5 of us. 4) Outdoor space was not very useful. No where to sit, no chairs, table etc. 5) Very very expensive at £187 for one night. 6) Did not work for our group at all. 7) No information displayed about Wi-Fi. No information provided on where to eat with contact numbers. And no info for attractions/good walks nearby. 8) Parking was ok but nothing directly outside the property.

Overall its fantastic

The location was absolutely brilliant.

It's tiny and not suitable for 6 people. The bedding wasn't where it was supposed to be and had to contact the emergency number to resolve. Not enough seating, dodgy broken tiles in the bathroom and not the cleanest. The location was the saviour, absolutely perfect.
