The staff were very welcoming and willing to help with any thing if needed. Hazel is an excellent host, she sorted a leaking tap out immediately and her communication is prompt and friendly. Although we didn't spend much time in the apartment itself, it had everything we needed and was comfortable. The check-in was incredibly easy. Will definitely be added to the bookmarks. Thank you for a lovely stay.
