The beds were comfortable

The bathroom was not clean 😔and the walls needs some painting. The fact that they clean your room once and don't change the towels that was a turn off for me. We didn't even meet the host 😔

"My weekend was ruined on the first day of my stay"

Management demonstrated poor communication and problem-solving skills. Upon arrival at 16:00, I called both contact numbers provided for confirmation and room details, but there was no response. I contacted Hazel multiple times; she answered once and disconnected the call. We waited at the gate for approximately 20 minutes and were eventually assisted by the gardener, who provided the room keys. Around midnight, Hazel called and spoke in an aggressive manner, stating that we were in the incorrect room. Despite my request to resolve the matter calmly, she continued shouting, stated that the details had been emailed, and ended the call abruptly. Fortunately, the on-site staff handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue. The other guest was understanding, and we mutually apologized for the inconvenience caused. When I later raised my concerns with Hazel about her conduct, her response remained rude and unapologetic. Her reply to me "There was nothing wrong with my tone. That's how I speak. I couldn't debate with you while the guest that we wronged was also calling me... Instead of admitting your mistake that has caused everyone an inconvenience you want to argue. Confirmation of the booking clearly states that you booked apartment 2 It's your right not to book with us again. Thank you"
