Home From Home Cosy 2 Bed Apartment

I very enjoy stay at Cozy 2 home. The host she is wonderful, friendly and professional. Also the flat what I rent for 2 weeks was beautiful, very quiet and clean. Also 1 min from shops and 5 min from city center. I really strong recommend.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything! It was nothing like the pictures on the website which shows a bright, modern and well maintained space, but in reality it was dark, outdated and smelt musty. The carpets outside the apartment were soaking wet. As this is described as ‘home from home’ then I would hate to see the owners home! I did not feel safe there and as a result, did not stay

Location was good as close to city centre.

As we entered the properties main entrance we were shocked to see the state of hall way paint stains every where and very very nasty smell. Opened the apartments door and found same smell inside. The main TV was wonky. The second TV had no power cable attached. The lighting in the rooms was not bright enough. Once we got ready to go to sleep found the mattress to be very very lumpy and overly soft, mattress was sunken in touching the base of the bed resulting in body and back ache. Spoke to the owner and found to be not very helpful or consideret. The owner would replace the mattresses once we left. The toilet seat was broken and the toilet flush water was coming through the shower tray. Afterwards found a drainage block outside and waste water was coming out of drain and covering carpet flooring. The owner assured us thet someone was coming to fix the drainage issue but on the day of the check out after 4 nights then issue was still there. Financially were unable to move to an another place and short time to find an another location. There were issues with finding parking space close to the apartment. Overall the experience was very very bad and won't be booking this apartment again. I don't have words to describe how bad the overall experience was. The only plus was the Netflix that kids liked.

The apartment was large and modern . There were 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath. It was a 10 minute walk into the centre of Bradford.

The apartment was in the basement and the lighting wasn't very good going down the stairs to it. It was also very smelly in the corridor, although this didnt carry through to the apartment itself. As it was a large apartment block it was quite noisy on a night.

This property is spacious and comfy.

The beds were terrible both mattresses need replacing. The heating didn't work for us plus it only had 1 small radiator for quiet a large room.The rubbish from the last people was left near the front door. Also there were 10 steps down to the place which should be mentioned incase anyone is less mobile.
