旅社各方面设施完善，干净整洁，洗浴男女分开水流很大，公共空间宽敞开阔，做饭方便，来自各国的旅行者在这交流气氛非常好，老板人也很好很和善，我喜欢我的帐篷房间私密性很好

Friendly staff at check in, chilled vibe in the hostel, tent was comfier than I had anticipated! Is a nice mix of privacy and communality. Cosy communal area

Clearer process for tea and coffee as I heard someone say it was free but wasn't sure how this worked or where to get it from.

L’ambiance

Le bruit jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Il faudrait mettre un règlement pour avoir le silence après une certaine heure. La dortoir n’est pas vraiment une chambre mais une mezzanine où on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la maison depuis son lit.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I arrived on an overnight bus and they went out of their way to let me check in early and prepare a bed for me. Sociable place that was condusive to meeting other travelers.

The owners should consider putting padding on the steel ends on the back of the stairs leading to the dormitory. One of the fellow travelers banged his head and hurt himself

Urban Monkey made a fantastic base for hiking around Karakol. We loved the tent vibe, it was cosy and the chilling area is good for relaxing. The owners are really welcoming and accommodating! Awesome vibe - nice music and ping-pong in the outdoor area, fully equipped kitchen and dining space indoors. A great place to meet people and swap travel tips and stories. We were able to leave our excess stuff here while hiking, as well as renting a warmer sleeping bag. Everything was impressively clean and tidy. Also the showers are amazing - a comfort to look forward to after hiking!!
