"Exceptional"

Tv and Heatpump/AC in all rooms. Comfy beds. Nice kitchen facilities and mostly the location. Close to all shops.

Small shakes when trucks pass by but indicating it in the guest info book is good so we do not have to worry. We did not feel that much at night when we sleep otherwise. 😊

The house was lovely and clean, everything you needed was supplied, very close to town and a small shop next door, very comfortable beds, a very relaxing stay.

Good location for visiting Hobbiton. Neat and tidy. Easy to find.

Quite an old house, but neat and tidy. Shower sprayed everywhere so hard to keep the bathroom dry. Quite a busy road.

Perfect location Everything was there and lovely house

Only thing was trucks were loud but that has nothing to do with the property so can't fault the property in anyway
